So first of all Let us just say this WE ARE NOT A SIX PACK AB’s, WEIGHT DROPPING STUDIO (GYM) if you want this then you need to look elsewhere as Here at uptfitness we provide a space where our members can come to not only get fitter and healthier with like minded local people but we also offer a community environment where we do stuff outside of the studio like xmas parties and get together drinks etc.
our aim here at upfitness is to provide a safe and judgemental FREE Environment where people can come and feel comfortable in their own skin and work on your GOALS.
we offer our proven weight loss/Energy building exclusive SMALL GROUP fitness session, 121 and PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING all designed to help you learn how to train properly/safely and you’ll get access to our world class NTRITIONAL HELP from SJN Nutrition and monthly recipe packs for you to download.

I am really enjoying UPT fitness, I have joined about 4 weeks ago. Not only I am having fun but I am getting my fitness back in a nice Friendly environment. You can push yourself as hard or as little as you want which is exactly the kind of setting I was looking for. Jay is friendly and he knows what he is doing. I had originally signed up to 2 sessions a week and now going to start 3 sessions a week and I have already seen results on my body 🤗. I always feel excited to go to the next session. Joining is a no brainier in my opinion.
