So first of all Let us just say this WE ARE NOT A SIX PACK ABS BIKINI BODY, QUICK WEIGHT DROPPING STUDIO (GYM) if you want this then you need to look elsewhere as Here at U.P.T Fitness FIT AFTER 30 we provide a space where our members can come to not only get fitter and healthier with like minded local people but we also offer a community environment where we do stuff outside of the studio like xmas parties and get together drinks etc.

our aim here at upfitness is to provide a safe and judgemental FREE Environment where people can come and feel comfortable in their own skin and work on your GOALS.

we offer our proven weight loss/Energy building exclusive SMALL GROUP Fitness session, 121 and PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING SESSIONS all designed to help you learn how to train properly/safely  and you’ll get access to our world class NTRITIONAL HELP from SJN Nutrition (QUANTUM NUTRITION) and monthly recipe packs for you to download.

On being diagnosed with severe vertigo, I was advised to slow down my movement in general and could not exercise. Having been a very active person before the diagnosis, I struggled with the forced change in lifestyle. I was getting restless and really wanted to improve my overall fitness and get back to a normal life. I was quite skeptical in joining a gym.
I came across UPT – a fitness studio for those over 30. Picking up the phone to Jason was one of my better ideas. I went over to meet him, had a chat and explained my situation. He was quick to explain how UPT is not a regular gym, while giving me a tour of the studio. He gave me the confidence to believe I really could improve my fitness levels. I decided to give it a shot and joined the group sessions to keep myself motivated.
I have been training with Jason for few months now and find him to be professional, supportive and motivational. Each session is focused, challenging and above all great fun. I am delighted with my results so far. I had no idea I would see and feel the difference in my confidence, strength and fitness in such a short time. I am back to a normal life!
His enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism have greatly encouraged me to achieve my goals. I would thoroughly recommend him.

I am really enjoying UPT fitness, I have joined about 4 weeks ago. Not only I am having fun but I am getting my fitness back in a nice Friendly environment. You can push yourself as hard or as little as you want which is exactly the kind of setting I was looking for. Jay is friendly and he knows what he is doing. I had originally signed up to 2 sessions a week and now going to start 3 sessions a week and I have already seen results on my body 🤗. I always feel excited to go to the next session. Joining is a no brainier in my opinion.
